Welcome to AADA-USA.org, the online home of Asian American Depression Association in Cupertino, CA! At our nonprofit organization, we warmly welcome everyone seeking support and understanding. Here, we recognize that depression is a common experience, and it is also a highly treatable one. We believe in the power of human connection and compassion as we work together to prevent mental health challenges and empower individuals to overcome them. Through advocacy, education, and our dedicated services, we strive to create a safe space where hope flourishes and healing begins. Celebrating 19 Year in Cupertino!
Since Asian American Depression Association moved to its Cupertino campus in 2005, over 5,000 people have received diagnoses. Over 4,000 people have been consulted. Over 200 people attended the seminar and panel discussion. Over 100 people received treatment and therapy. Over 10 people have received college scholarships. Over 29,000 people received Community Outreach in meals, gifts, accompanies, and special needs. As we look toward the future, we hope to continuously dedicate ourselves to promoting healthy life perspectives, help understand the root causes of stress, and offer practical ways to alleviate it. Along the way, we will walk with you, supporting you as you embrace the beauty in life and move toward a future filled with hope and brightness.The Asian American Depression Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a peaceful and powerful society where all individuals are treated equally. We provide mental health resources, support groups, and advocacy to empower the Asian American community and address the unique mental health challenges they face.
